  • 1. MOQ: Please make sure all orders meet our 120 piece requirement in order for us to provide you with a quote. See our price list for specifics
  • 2. Samples: We will provide each customer with samples of the color/wash before beginning the order. Once we have this approved, pwe will start.
  • 3. Discrepancies: During the wash & dye process, it is not uncommon that damages or fallout will occur to pieces. The tolerance we accept is 5%. Anything out of that range we will provide a full refund, and or ability to re-dye.
  • 4. Refund Policy: Within 30 days of date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Please feel free to contact our customer service team.
  • 5. Orders & Shipping: Processing time is within 2-3 business days for Domestic ground orders. Rates are determined by weight of the order. Delivery time is within 5-7 business days after order is processed.
