How do I know what size to order?
We have a size chart here. Each product page also has a size guide section where we give notes and guidance on each particular style's fit - whether or not it has stretch, what sizes our models are wearing, and if we recommend sizing up or down. Obviously, all brands run differently, so we suggest pulling out that tape measure to get the most accurate read. Need to connect link to our size chart
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please read all the fine details on our return policy here. We have a 30-day window for returns for unworn merchandise with tags still attached.
CAN I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER?
Yes, we would love to have you open a Wholesale Account with Colorfast!
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed with your order details.
CAN I PLACE A GIFT ORDER?
Unfortunately, this is not an option at this time. We are working to make this happen!
I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you. Please email us at customerservice@colorfast.com with your order number and photos of the item indicating the defect or item received.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Shop, Google Pay, and PayPal. Of course, all transactions are secure and encrypted.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please visit our Returns page for instructions on how to return an item.
WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE STOCK OF AN ITEM I AM INTERESTED IN?
Colorfast frequently restocks many of their styles. Therefore, we suggest signing up to our "email when available" list. You may do so by clicking on the "email me when available" link on the bottom right of the page and selecting the size as well as entering your email. In the event that this item becomes available in the size selected, you will be notified via email. Add email link to send email when item is back in stock
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link next underneath the password section and follow the instructions. Please don't hesitate to contact us here if you continue to experience problems.
