SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE. All of our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

Please note that certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions caused by COVID-19. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Please note that due to certain US and International Holidays, orders may take longer to ship out.


UNITED STATES
Ground Shipping - $7
Orders will process between 2-3 business days.
For Hawaii and other U.S territories, shipping will be based on weight, and will be presented at checkout and will take 3-5 weeks to be delivered.

We will provide an estimated delivery date upon shipping your order.

Please note, orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska via our Ground Shipping will take 3-5 weeks to be delivered.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The rate to ship to international countries is based on the weight of your order and the dimensions of the box needed to ship it. This rate will be presented at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Color Fast apparel. Should the package be refused by the customer due to customs, the order will not be refunded by Color Fast apparel.

International orders typically arrive between 7 to 15 working days.

If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact customer care (customerservice@colorfast.com) so that we can investigate this for you

HOW TO RETURN

All Orders
Your order will always include information and instructions for, replacing or crediting an item. Please ship all returns to the return center at the bottom of your invoice, using your preferred carrier and method. All returned items should be accompanied by a properly completed return form, which helps us process your return quickly!

Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).

Please allow us 72 weekday hours from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience!

In the event of an incorrect or damaged item, please send an email to Customer Service, and they will be able to help secure you a replacement.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that any of our items do not meet your expectations, please return it in its original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new) for a refund or for a prompt.  Please note that you will be refunded the full amount of the GARMENT, not your original shipping fee.

All return, credit, and requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 30 days. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you.

If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package.

REFUNDS
